From there, you receive these foundational tools, designed to make authorship practical and ongoing:

• A short training on the Identity Rewrite Method — a clear, repeatable process for making internal rules visible and rewriting the stories shaping your results
• A one-page Rewrite tool you can use anytime you catch yourself shrinking, negotiating, spiraling, defaulting to an old standard, or getting results you don’t like
• An Identity Rehearsal audio to help you stabilize and embody your new identity
• The Author’s Companion — a guided space for written reflection to deepen and stabilize the work in your own time

Inside the Studio, the work becomes ongoing and integrated within a private circle of thoughtful, high-achieving women doing the same work.
